We have been faced with hundreds of changes in progress on every conceivable type of commercial development, along with the need to be able to think instantaneously out of the box to preserve budget integrity in the face of redefined circumstances. It makes sense to utilize our practiced eye in the evaluation of all change requests, along with our recognized expertise in value engineering changing circumstances into your construction budgets. In effect, we have the ability to turn on a dime in recognizing what needs to be accomplished when change is necessary, and then affecting the required change orders with minimum impact on your total costs. RDS will work closely with your architects to evaluate all costs associated with the change requests, and will make our recommendations to you on the approval and processing of each individual change request that may arise.
