This project was the refit and expansion of an existing former Hechinger home supply store to a Linens n’ Things and Michaels Arts and Crafts for JBG Rosenfeld Retail and Hechinger Enterprises. RDS coordinated all design professionals, completed the entitlement process and provided all construction management activities as Owner’s representative and project manager. Close coordination with the two national credit tenants resulted in on time scheduled turnover for the tenant buildout and fixturing. Both tenants will open for business in the summer of 2002.
