Once you’ve gotten over your initial elation over how successful your project will be, someone is going to have to sit down and add these up. And that’s not the half of it. Intrinsic to this process is an understanding of the level and skill of expertise required, as well as the materials to be used and their costs. If you’ve had RDS on your team during the Conceptual Budgeting and Scheduling phase, you already have a good head start on your Project Financial Analysis and Evaluation.
